To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our booking and cancellation policy below: Booking Guidelines Clients can book services online through our platform. Changes to the booking, including rescheduling, can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled event through the online booking system. Cancellation Policy Cancellations Made More Than 12 Hours Before the Event Clients may cancel their booking online without incurring any fees. Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before the Event A cancellation fee of 10% of the total service fee will be charged. This fee helps cover the administrative and preparatory costs associated with your booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 12 hours of the event, please contact our support team for assistance. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for a booked service without prior cancellation will result in the full charge of the service fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
